• Free introductory stories ('The Tasting' version) • Personalized stories ('The Ritual' version - paid) • Customization of participants and props • Access to monthly exclusive content (subscription)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ROOM06. By using the service, you declare that you:

• Are of legal age according to your country's laws • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts • Have not been previously banned from ROOM06

We may request age verification at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials • All activities occurring under your account • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Don't share your account with others. We may suspend or close shared accounts.

ROOM06 offers:

• Free Plan: access to introductory stories, no card required • Pay-as-you-go: $5 per story, credits never expire • Subscription: $50/month (paid annually), unlimited access

All payments are processed through Stripe. Purchased credits are non-refundable once used. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your user area.

• Subscription: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used credits • Single credits: refundable within 14 days if unused • Used credits: non-refundable

• Content you generate with ROOM06 (personalized stories) is yours and private • The ROOM06 brand, logo, design, and original content are our property • You can't reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission • You can't use ROOM06 to generate content for resale or public distribution

You CANNOT use ROOM06 for:

• Illegal or harmful activities • Harassing, threatening, or harming others • Violating third-party rights • Generating content involving minors (immediately bannable) • Spreading malware or compromising the service • Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation

Violating these rules results in immediate account closure without refund.

ROOM06 is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee that:

• The service will always be available or error-free • AI results will always be perfect or suitable for you • The service will meet all your expectations

We're not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits • Improper use of the service by you or third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months.

AI-generated content:

• Is created by algorithms and may contain errors or inaccuracies • Doesn't replace professional advice (psychological, medical, legal) • Is intended exclusively for entertainment and consensual exploration • May vary in quality and appropriateness

Use common sense and consent in every situation.

Your data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ROOM06, you also accept that.

In brief:

• We encrypt everything • We don't sell your data • We don't share your content • You can delete it whenever you want

We may modify these terms occasionally. We'll inform you via email of substantial changes. If you continue using the service after changes, you accept the new terms.

If you don't accept the changes, you can close your account and request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of notification.
